To reserve an EV charger in the Parkiza app, follow these steps:
Step 1. Turn on the Parkiza application and book a parking space (If you have a permanent reservation, skip this step).
Step 2. Go to the "Account" tab.
Step 3. Make sure you have access to EV chargers in the “ EV Charging ” tab.
Step 4. Return to the “ Home ” tab.
Step 5. Click on the “ Book EV charger ” button on the reservation ticket.
Step 6. Select a date for your EV charger reservation and click “Next”.
Step 7. Select the EV charger location number and click “Next”.
Step 8. Confirm your reservation.
Step 9. Scan the QR code on your reserved spot. A " Scan " button is available on your reservation ticket in the app.
Step 10. After scanning the QR code successfully, Connect the car to the charger. The blue light on the charger indicates that charging has started.
EV charger light color legend:
Green - The charger is in its default state. Waiting for confirmation of the reservation via QR code and connection of the car.
Blue - Charger in charging state.
Attention!
Once charging is complete, remember to move your car to your reserved spot to give others access to the charger.
