To answer a survey question in the OnSites - Companion app, follow these steps:
Step 1. Log in to the Signal OnSite app.
Step 2. Scroll down to "Active surveys".
Step 3. Click on the survey you want to answer.
Step 4. Provide your answer and click "Save".
